    • Q:   Who provides academic advising for new and continuing students?
    • A:   Academic advising for all new students is conducted by professionally trained academic advisors in the Gateway Student Success Center. The Gateway Student Success Center is the university advising and career services office. All first-time students receive their initial academic advising at the Gateway Center.

      The Gateway Center provides a full array of advising and career planning services to students. Upon achieving sophomore status, students are advised in the college of their major. Faculty and/or professional advisors provide advising to students in the colleges.
