Thank you for your application for admission! We realize that you have many colleges and university to select from, and we appreciate your interest.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a letter in the mail confirming we have received your application.  You will be asked to review the information we have on file and inform us of any changes that are necessary.

You will also receive a User ID with directions to guide you to access your record on our LOUIE system to:

• Update your addresses and telephone number
• Check your application status
• Look at your to-do lists to completing additional paperwork for financial aid, on campus housing, etc.

To log in:

1. Go to www.nau.edu/louie

2. Next click on the "Log in to LOUIE" button

3. Enter your User ID: (example: lse68)

4. Enter your password (I don't know my password)

5. Click the Sign In button

 

To check the status of your application or change your address or telephone number

1. Once logged in to LOUIE, click on SA Self Service.

2. If you want to check on your application status, click Learner Services, Admissions, then click Application Status.  This section will list any documents still needed to complete your application before it can be reviewed.

3. If you want to change your address or telephone number, click Personal Portfolio, Tasks, then Addresses or Phone Numbers

I don't know my password

1. Go to www.nau.edu/password

2. Enter your user ID

3. Leave password blank

4. Click submit

5. You will be asked to answer a question that you provided on your application.
