- Enroll in college preparatory program - a minimum of four or five academic courses is recommended during senior year of high school
- Develop a preliminary list of colleges that interest you

- Initiate program for appointments to U.S. military academies and/or ROTC scholarships, i.e Congressional nominations, medical and physical examinations, ACT or SAT I tests
- Register for June SAT I
- Register for June ACT

- Organize college information you have received
- Take May SAT I for competitive out-of-state colleges
